Our client, a globally recognized luxury retail brand, is seeking a hands-on and dynamic Assistant HR Manager to support its Japan market.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid HR background who can work independently while effectively collaborating with both local and international teams in a global environment.
- What You’ll Be Doing in This Role
- Provide comprehensive support for day-to-day HR operations
- Manage employee relations and handle HR-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and internal policies
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Prepare and manage HR documentation in both Japanese and English

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
