HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021/2022.YOUR TASKS1 Evaluation and preparation of parameters related to human resources, processing of ad-hoc inquiries by the specialist departments and keeping statistics and being involved in the implementation of the company’s personnel-political strategies and concepts2 Involvement in human resources projects, implementation of the Hella instruments and tools for human resources as well as involvement in projects inside and outside the corporate division as well as in external projects if appropriate3 Advise superiors and employees in all HR issues including remuneration, if required in cooperation with the relevant units and experts4 Learning and development related projects, lead the training budget and training plan implementate4 Draw up personnel documents (references/reports, interim reports, certificates, transfer notifications etc.) and draw up and handle appropriate correspondence with internal and external units5 Update employment remuneration data in the system; specify data for the payroll accounting6 Coordinate and clarify individual matters of the personnel with the works council7 Implement personnel measures in coordination with the responsible manager as well as with the superior in critical casesYour
