The business is now entering an exciting new scale-up phase, with ambitious plans to expand both its product portfolio and global reach.

They are now looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Supply Chain and Operations Manager to work directly alongside the founders, helping drive the day-to-day operations of a high-growth ecommerce business.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants broad exposure across supply chain, inventory, product launches and operational strategy, with huge ownership from day one.

What will you be doing?⭐️ Managing day-to-day communication with 3PL partners and suppliers⭐️ Coordinating inventory, deliveries and stock forecasting to support business growth⭐️ Supporting supplier and manufacturer sourcing, building strong operational partnerships⭐️ Assisting with new product launches from sourcing through to production⭐️ Tracking product costs, operational spend and identifying margin opportunities⭐️ Helping build scalable systems, processes and AI-driven operational efficiencies⭐️ Partnering with marketing teams to prepare operationally for launches and promotions⭐️ Working closely with customer service and internal teams to communicate operational updates⭐️ Supporting the founders across wider business operations in a fast-paced environmentWho are we looking for?⭐️ Experience within operations or supply chain⭐️ Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail⭐️ Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data⭐️ Naturally proactive, resourceful and eager to learn⭐️ Comfortable working within a fast-moving startup or challenger brand environment⭐️ Strong interest in AI tools and automation, with a mindset focused on efficiency and improvement⭐️ A collaborative communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and taking ownership⭐️ Passionate about building meaningful consumer brands and scaling operations🤝 People are at the heart of everything we do.
