Documentation & Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation & Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations and documentation activities of our cargo company.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and relocation documentation.
• Perform daily data entry to CRM and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain operational databases, spreadsheets, and customer records.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and update shipment status information.
• Maintain inventory records and track operational materials.
• Prepare reports and operational summaries as required by management.
• Organize physical and digital documents for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
• Assist in customer file management and document verification.
• Handle administrative and operational support tasks assigned by management.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Support daily office operations and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in operations, logistics, documentation, administration, or a similar role (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of cargo, logistics, freight forwarding, or relocation documentation will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
