Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive with knowledge of financial markets and client support operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, assisting clients, monitoring account activities, and resolving customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain internal operational systems
- Handle client account-related processes accurately and timely
- Monitor customer activities and generate reports
- Assist clients with account-related queries via call or chat
- Coordinate with backend teams for smooth operations
- Maintain proper records and daily operational reports
- Identify unusual activities and escalate when required
- Support customers regarding platform usage and services
- Required Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of:
- Indian Financial Markets
- Equity & Forex market concepts
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets preferred

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business-related field
