The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Associate to join a fast-paced, international organisation undergoing significant transformation and growth.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role operating at the centre of the business. You will work closely with senior leaders, directors, programme teams, product, technology, operations and customer-focused functions to drive strategic initiatives, improve governance, and ensure key business priorities are delivered effectively.

The successful candidate will act as a facilitator, coordinator and operational leader across multiple strategic workstreams, helping teams navigate complexity, align stakeholders, manage dependencies and maintain focus on business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Facilitate governance forums, workshops and planning sessions across multiple strategic programmes and value streams.

Coordinate actions, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID management) to ensure initiatives remain on track.

Drive operational excellence by implementing and improving business processes, governance frameworks and ways of working.

Support annual, quarterly and ad-hoc planning cycles, including resource planning and prioritisation activities.

Monitor performance against objectives and KPIs, producing meaningful reporting and business insights for senior leadership.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.

Ensure decisions, actions and deliverables are clearly tracked, communicated and executed.

Help create structure and clarity within complex and evolving business environments.

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, PMO, Programme Management, Consulting, Project Management or a similar function.
Proven experience operating in fast-paced, complex organisations where priorities evolve quickly.
Strong facilitation skills with experience running workshops, governance meetings and stakeholder forums.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior managers, directors and executive-level stakeholders.
Strong organisational and planning capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex challenges.
Experience with performance reporting, KPI tracking and business insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
