Portfolio and Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Join us as a Portfolio and Operations Manager, where you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering tailored solutions in the dynamic energy sector.

What you will do

• Portfolio and risk management of internal and external customer portfolios .Lead and manage systems, products, and operations for the B2B Nordic business.
• Collaborate with front office, physical desk, and other units to enhance cooperation and service delivery.
• Oversee the deal lifecycle, ensuring quality control for customer onboarding, offboarding, and implementation of changes.
• Support the Lead B2B Nordic and represent business interests in customer and internal meetings.
• Develop tools and reporting for portfolio and customer management.
• Analyze inefficiencies and initiate concepts and projects for improvement.
• What you bring & who you are:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Experience and knowledge of the Nordic and Baltic power and retail markets.3–5 years of experience in energy, financial services, or controlling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish, and proficiency in English.
• Strong IT skills and enthusiasm for learning new systems and architectures.
