Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in finance / banking/ operations / IT delivery management (exceptional fresh graduates can also apply)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Operations Management / Engineering / related field

Role Purpose

The Operations Executive – Hong Kong is responsible for financial oversight, end-to-end governance and workforce planning for Hong Kong. The role ensures alignment with regional objectives while driving operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across accounts.

Risk, Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Design and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and governance mechanisms for the regional head. Good analytical and excel skills required.
• Prepare business presentations (PPT) for the regional head as needed. Good PPT skills required.
• Identify operational, delivery, and financial risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency, compliance, and delivery excellence

Stakeholder Engagement

• Drive monthly/ quarterly review meetings organized by the regional head to assess the performance of business development managers
• Collaborate closely with regional BDM’s, business leaders, finance, HR, and sales teams to achieve operational goals

Workforce Planning & Resource Management

• Drive workforce planning (WFP) for Hong Kong in coordination with HR, RMG, and business stakeholders
• Partner with delivery leaders to assess demand, capacity, deployment risks, and loca lization strategies

Operational Governance

• Govern operations across all Hong Kong accounts, ensuring adherence to delivery, quality, and financial targets
• Oversee multiple concurrent operational initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
• Act as the single point of accountability for operational reviews, audits, and management reporting for Hong Kong
