Logistic Executive

Responsibilities

• Sales Administration & Order Management:
• Follow up order, delivery and shipment and billing with HQ to support wholesales team.
• Prepare full set of shipping document inclusive L/C operations.
• Logistics Operations:
• Work closely with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing and Visual Merchandising departments to ensure the on-time delivery.
• Handle daily logistics, warehouse, and freight forwarders operations.
• Prepare logistics expenses for account payment, data entry and update logistics reports.
• Problem resolving issues related to shipping delays or damaged goods.
• Analyzing logistics metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Inventory and Distribution Operations:
• Handle inbound, outbound, and repair/return shipments from internal stakeholders and 3rd party logistics.
• Handle stocks movement related to the merchandises and non-merchandises as business team required.
• Support cycle count report and annual stocks taking exercise.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain or related disciplines;3 years' experience in logistics and supply chain in fashion retails industry.
• Proficiency in ERP system and SAP is preferrable and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
