Service Operations Manager

Our Client:

An established renewable energy organization is seeking a Wind Operations Manager to oversee multiple onshore wind service sites across South Korea. The role focuses on operational performance, safety leadership, and customer-facing service delivery across distributed wind assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational performance across multiple onshore wind sites.
• Drive strong safety compliance and operational discipline
• Oversee maintenance planning, workforce coordination, and resource allocation
• Manage operational budgets, cost performance, and service KPIsAct as primary interface for service delivery and performance reporting
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure contractual service obligations are delivered to agreed standards
• Develop and mentor field service teams

Requirements

• Experience managing technical service or maintenance operations in wind energy, power generation, or heavy industrial environments
• Strong multi-site operational leadership capability
• Solid planning and budget management experience
• Customer-facing experience in service delivery environments
• Professional working proficiency in Korean and English
• Willingness to travel between wind farm sites as required
