Senior Accounts Executive, $4,500 (Jurong East)

Location: Nearby Jurong East MRT Station

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $4,000 – $4,500

Job Purpose

We are seeking a hands-on Accountant to manage full set accounting operations and support financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The role reports to the Financial Controller and plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial information for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Percentage-of-Completion (PoC) revenue recognition
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and local regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong internal controls over financial transactions and reporting accuracy
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal control processes
• Support additional finance and controlling duties as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (full set exposure preferred)
• Experience in project-based accounting or PoC revenue recognition is an advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently in a lean team environment
