SEC Reporting, Senior Accountant

Join our team as a Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting, where you'll play a critical role in our SEC reporting process, equity-based compensation accounting, and technical accounting research. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Investor Relations, and external partners to support accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K
• Review supporting documentation and perform financial statement and footnote tie-outs
• Manage accounting and reporting for equity-based compensation, dividends, and related transactions
• Research and analyze U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting guidance, including new accounting standards
• Prepare GAAP disclosure checklists and support compliance efforts
• Assist with earnings per share calculations and financial disclosures
• Maintain SEC reporting policies, procedures, and internal controls documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiencies
• Support external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting

✔ CPA required

✔ 3–5 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience at a public company

✔ Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

✔ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
