Senior Accountant (3-year contract, up to 30k)

Our client is seeking an Accountant with a strong retail background to support full-set accounting for Hong Kong retail operations. This role is execution-focused, covering daily accounting, store reconciliation, tax filing, reporting, and basic operational analysis.

我們的客人誠聘一位 具穩定零售背景的會計人選，負責香港零售業務的全盤會計工作，涵蓋日常帳務、門店對帳、稅務、報表及基礎營運分析。

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting operations including vouchers, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and expense checking

處理日常會計工作，包括憑證、銀行對帳、發票處理及費用核對

Perform store-level reconciliation including sales proceeds checking, cashier variance investigation, and inventory stocktake follow-up

負責門店對帳，包括銷售款核對、收銀差異跟進及存貨盤點支持

Prepare and file Hong Kong Profits Tax and Salaries Tax with external parties where required

協助及處理香港利得稅及薪俸稅申報，確保合規

Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet, and support audit work

編制月度財務報表（損益表、資產負債表）並配合審計

Handle payments, receipts, basic cash flow monitoring, and routine bank matters

處理收付款、基本現金流監控及日常銀行事務

Assist in basic retail performance analysis such as gross margin, expense ratio, and store data

協助分析毛利率、費用率及門店營運數據

Requirements

Strong retail accounting background with practical exposure to daily operations

具備紮實零售會計背景，熟悉日常營運相關財務工作

2–4 years of accounting / finance experience in Hong Kong, preferably in retail

具備 2–4 年香港會計／財務經驗，有零售經驗者優先

Experience in full-set or near full-set accounting preferred

曾接觸或參與全盤會計者優先

Proficient in Xero and Excel

熟悉 Xero 及 Excel

Fluent in Cantonese, conversational Mandarin, and able to read/write English

流利粵語、可用普通話溝通，具英語閱讀及書寫能力

Location: Central

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
