Join our Finance team and support daily accounting operations in a global environment. This role is responsible for supporting accurate and timely financial operations, including accounts payable processing, month-end closing activities, tax support, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable activities, including vendor invoice review, accounting transaction processing
- Coordinate closely with the China T&E team to support smooth expense claim processing and ensure compliance with internal T&E policies
- Perform inventory closing and support physical inventory count activities
- Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger account reviews
- Support VAT and withholding tax filing preparation and related documentation
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting activities
- Support annual audit processes and tax-related requests
- Maintain accounting records and ensure proper documentation retention
- Respond to internal stakeholder and vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Follow internal control policies and support compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Support ad-hoc finance and accounting projects
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Basic knowledge of VAT and withholding tax regulations
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multinational or global business environments
- Familiarity with month-end closing and financial reporting processes
- Knowledge of internal controls and compliance practices
