Job Description
- Handle incoming calls, appointment bookings, and patient enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patients' questions, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Assist TCM Physicians during consultations and treatments, including supporting herbal dispensing and preparation when required.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, appointment management, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Ensure the reception area, lobby, consultation rooms, and treatment areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Conduct regular stock checks, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment of clinic supplies and products.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans, wellness packages, and healthcare products based on patients' needs and treatment goals.
- Support daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Job requirements
- O Level or equivalent qualification
- Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
