Dental Front Desk / Receptionist

We are a small family-run dental office looking for a friendly dental receptionist to start ASAP. We would like to hire someone for the long term to grow with our office. Our office is computerized, and we use Abeldent practice management software. We provide a health-spendings account to our employees

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• screening patients prior to their appointments on the phone and in person
• answering and placing reminder phone calls to patients, and calling insurance companies

The successful applicant must also be

• willing to learn
• dependable
• excellent communicator, ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin an asset
• able to work some Saturdays
• previous experience as a dental receptionist is an asset although not required*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
