We are looking for a contractor to support daily front desk and client intake operations for a nonprofit housing environment in South San Francisco, California. This is a short term assignment (two days) Sat 6/13 & Sun 6/14. Apply today to be considered for this short term role. The hours are 3:30pm to midnight.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients at the front desk, provide clear assistance, and ensure a welcoming first point of contact.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages while keeping deliveries organized and documented as needed.
- Assist with client check-in and check-out activities and help maintain smooth daily intake flow.
- Monitor the facility during the swing shift by completing checks and conducting routine rounds inside and outside the property.
- Support daily site coverage by stepping in during coworker breaks and meal periods to keep operations running smoothly.
- Restock shared area supplies, help move food deliveries or donated items, and contribute to a clean, ready environment.
- Provide basic client support, including helping individuals access medications in accordance with site procedures.
- Uphold facility guidelines, address concerns effectively, and prepare written notices when policy issues need to be documented.
