Front Desk Receptionist

NY Dental Studios is seeking a passionate and organized Front Desk/Receptionist to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This multi-faceted, full-time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, customer service and financial management.

• Verifying insurance
• Submitting claims/ following up on claims
• Collecting copays
• Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team member
• Strong attention to detail
• Treatment planning, case management, patient and clinician scheduling
• Patient payments, insuragfnce claims support and financial reporting
• Building lasting relationships
• Must Haves:1-3 years of experience working in hospitality, sales, Customer Service
• Healthcare/ medical practice environment or any customer/client-facing role
• Comfortable with medium-high volume of phone calls
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
• Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team members
• Proficiency with MS Office applications -
• Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly

Experience checking in patients, scheduling appointments, completing/filing patient charts with clinical administrative backgroundPrevious Dental experience or as a dental assistant
