Position: Legal Receptionist

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)

Pay: $52,000 to $57,000 annually

Experience: 1 year of experience in a professional services environment (law firm preferred).

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (35-hour week)

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join our dynamic law firm client!

Job Description

• Answer/route incoming calls and greet clients.
• Logging in visitors/employees, scheduling conference rooms, distributing parking vouchers, and providing general administrative support.

Position Requirements

• Must be articulate with a polished demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Candidate must be dependable and one of four receptionists in the main lobby.
• Professional casual dress code will be enforced.
