The Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Event Sales & Event Planning Managers, eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.
This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. Additionally, when additional floor coverage is needed, the Events Administrative Assistant may also assist as a liaison between our Meeting Planners, Events team, and Operations teams, as a Meeting Concierge. The hourly rate range for this position is $28.60/hour to $30.19/hour.
This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years or more, which is currently offered at $30.19/hour. As a colleague, we have you covered with awesome benefits and perks!
