Job Description
- Manage front of house operations, including greeting visitors and handling calls in line with firm protocols.
- Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Liaise with Pantry Assistant to prepare refreshments and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
- Manage stationery and pantry supplies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration and general office maintenance tasks.
- Provide administrative support including visa applications, filings, expense claims, and ad hoc event coordination.
- Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to support wider office operations.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years' corporate office experience as a reception, client service, administrative, or office support role.
- Background from legal, professional services, or financial institutions highly preferred.
- Warm, professional, and confident communication style with excellent telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and a polished presentation.
- Demonstrates integrity, service mindset, and high professional standards.
