The Division

The Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

Job Summary

The job holder reports directly to Facilities Services Officer.

Major work scope includes providing receptionist and secretarial support, managing front desk services, and handling visitors, enquiries, phone calls, and correspondences in a courteous and professional manner.

The Job

• Provide front desk reception services and general administrative and secretarial support
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle enquiries, incoming calls, and correspondence efficiently and politely
• Operate the Club’s main switchboard and direct calls appropriately
• Coordinate and manage daily front desk operations to ensure smooth office workflow
• Support ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by supervisors or management

About You

• Diploma or above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred
• Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit (Category A & B) is an advantage
• Proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
