Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fashion Accessories Sales Associate with strong Arabic and English communication skills to join our retail team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, excellent customer engagement skills, and the ability to confidently recommend products, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively.
- Promote jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, and fashion accessories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support daily store operations and inventory activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fashion accessories retail sales experience
OR
- Minimum 4 years of retail sales experience in the UAE.
- Strong Arabic communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience working in customer-facing retail environments.
- Ability to work retail shifts and mall operating hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, or fashion accessories.
- Experience working in shopping malls or retail chains.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with customer relationship building and repeat sales.
