We are seeking passionate retail sales associates to join our first retail location located in the heart of South Central. No prior work experience is necessary. This is an entry-level position offering opportunities to learn about the vertically integrated business and retail aspects of the company.

Applicants must be highly motivated individuals ready to maintain Los Angeles Apparel’s visual and operational standards while prioritizing a customer focused experience. Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides an exceptional customer experience that involves customer connection ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish.
• Participates as a tastemaker and stylist in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, product of the moment, and offering personal styling suggestions to inspire.
• Building rapport with customers through conversation, styling suggestions, and thorough knowledge of our products and company values.
• Informing customers on wholesale and retail products/services.
• Contributes to the overall customer experience by providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer.
• Maintaining daily opening and closing store procedures.
• Inventory Management

• Support new-level sales associates with integrating and understanding store culture, standards, and company values.

This is a full time position, starting rate is $16.78/hour with medical and dental benefits, 401k, and overtime opportunities
