Role Description

In search of a dynamic, results-driven, Luxury sales associate, capable of selling fine custom and semi-custom-made diamond jewelry. Candidate should have a proven track record in high-end retail sales. Can you sell water to the ocean? That's the type of personality that thrives well in our environment.

This individual will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through expert product knowledge, relationship-building, and consultative selling.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years Fine Jewelry Experience required. We design custom jewelry so this is a must.

Must be customer oriented with an ability to exceed customer expectations by creating a positive, warm and inviting atmosphere.

Must have an outgoing friendly and gregarious personality that is comfortable delivering detailed product knowledge to help educate and guide each client make a wise choice for themselves.

Must have a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast paced detail oriented environment.

Candidates should have experience using social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest) to promote products, engage with customers, and enhance brand visibility.

Must have strong computational skills.

Must be a strong team player able to work well with fellow associates.

Assist and help maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the sales floor.

Background checks and bonding required

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule depending upon business needs.

Saturdays are required, store is currently closed Sunday's throughout the year.

Pay: commensurate with experience and ability, minimum starting salary $60,000
