Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Follow up on customer requests and cases
- Maintain service quality and achieve KPI targets
- Attend training and apply product/process knowledge effectively✅
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
- Able to undergo intensive theory-heavy training during the first 2–3 months
- Candidates with call centre/customer service experience are added advantages
