Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service support to couples and visitors at the Registries of Civil and Muslim Marriages (ROM/M)
- Assist with registration and reception duties for solemnisation appointments
- Support queue management and ensure the smooth flow of customer appointments and ceremonies
- Handle general customer enquiries and provide accurate information on registration procedures and requirements
- Assist customers with the use of self-service kiosks and provide basic troubleshooting support
- Support document verification processes and administrative activities in accordance with established guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey
- Assist with the setup and closing of customer service areas, solemnisation rooms andself-service kiosks
- Maintain accurate records and prepare simple reports when required
- Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum ITE, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of customer service, front desk,hospitality, retail, healthcare or administrative experience
- Able to communicate effectively in both Englishand Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with members of the public in a professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer usage
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team

Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
