What You'll Do

• As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role by serving as the first point of contact for customers in the Netherlands, Flanders, and Scandinavian markets.
• You’ll blend customer care with sales support to execute seamless order-to-cash processes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Here’s a sneak peek at your key responsibilities:
• Customer Liaison: Respond to inquiries, technical requests, and orders with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the Customer Service Manager (CSM) to realize sales goals, budgets, and forecasts while actively promoting cross-selling opportunities.
• Operational Sales Processes (OSP): Channel client requests and manage orders through internal systems (ERP SAP).
• Quotation & Claim Management: Prepare quotations and efficiently handle customer care claims using SAP_QM systems.CRM Updates: Keep customer records current in C4C and document sales trends to inform business strategies.
• What Sets You Apart:
• Multilingual Mastery: Fluent English and Dutch is required.
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language will be a plus.
• Tech-Savviness: Strong grasp of using systems like SAP ERP and CRM (C4C).
• Customer-Focused Mindset: A proactive and service-oriented approach to addressing client needs and delivering value.
• Sales Enthusiasm: You're not afraid of direct (tele)sales and take pride in achieving targets and closing deals.
• Your Skills & Background:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role involving operational sales processes.
