We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with strong technical capabilities who wants to join our new office in Hong Kong.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our APAC Service Hub, with a primary focus on technical service, system readiness, and customer support. You will be responsible for ensuring our demo systems are fully functional, maintained to a high standard, and ready to support customers across the region.
In this role, you will perform quality control checks, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, prepare systems for demonstrations, and provide remote technical support to customers during Hong Kong business hours when needed.
Your technical expertise and service mindset will be critical in maintaining high service levels and delivering a strong customer experience across APAC.As part of our growing environment, you will also support operational logistics activities, such as coordinating shipments and handling demo unit movements within the region.
While technical customer service is the primary focus of the role, we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to contribute where needed to help the team operate efficiently.
This role requires a highly independent and self-motivated individual who can manage multiple priorities while working closely with regional teams in Tel Aviv and Gothenburg. You will be an important contributor to ensuring smooth technical operations and excellent customer support across the APAC region.
