Warehouse Manager — Immediate Start Full-Time

Glassguard is an Australian e-commerce business specialising in cleaning and surface protection products. We operate out of a 400m² warehouse in St Peters and ship orders across Australia and internationally. We're a small, tight-knit team and we take pride in running a clean, efficient operation.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a full-time role — 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday — and a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse supervisor or senior operator ready to step up into a management position.

We need someone who can start immediately or with minimal notice. You'll be the key person on the ground, responsible for making sure orders go out accurately and on time, stock is managed properly, and the warehouse runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the day-to-day running of the warehouse — receiving, pick/pack, and dispatch
• Receive and process inbound deliveries, verify quantities, check for damage, and keep inventory records accurate
• Manage and schedule casual warehouse staff, matching labour to order volumes and workload
• Optimise warehouse layout, pick paths, and processes — you'll have autonomy to make changes that improve efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse that meets WHS standards
• Monitor and replenish operational supplies
• Track and report on key warehouse metrics to the General Manager — fill rates, dispatch times, stock accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in e-commerce or B2C fulfilment
• Someone who takes ownership and is proactive in solving problems
• Experience managing or supervising others, including scheduling casual staff
• Strong attention to detail around inventory accuracy and order fulfilment
• Comfortable with warehouse systems — experience with a WMS, Shopify, and Ship
• Station is a plus
• Current forklift licence required
• Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of a hands-on role
• Available to start immediately or with minimal notice

• On-site at our Marrickville warehouse$38–$40/hr + superannuation, depending on experience
• Reporting to the General Manager
