Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the accurate and timely processing of domestic and international shipments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding compliance with company and regulatory standards.
This position involves hands-on warehouse work, including packing, labelling, material handling, and supporting quality control processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately package, label, and prepare domestic and international shipments
- Stack, wrap, and store bulk items, cartons, and pallets in designated storage areas
- Assist in the movement of inventory and materials for quality inspection and control processes
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse storage locations
- Receive, process, and document customer RMAs (returns) and supplier returns
- Ensure accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Support the shipping team with invoicing and related documentation
- Maintain compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and safety procedures
- Handle general warehouse duties including packing and unpacking of goods as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields
- Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

主要职责
- 准确完成国内及国际货物的包装、贴标及出货准备
- 对散货、纸箱及托盘进行堆放、缠绕及规范存放
- 协助库存及物料流转，支持质量检验及控制流程
- 维护仓库库存区域的整齐及高效管理
- 接收、处理并记录客户退货（RMA）及供应商退货
- 确保所有进出货物文件记录准确完整
- 协助出货团队处理发票及相关单据
- 确保遵守公司制度、运输规范及安全操作标准
- 根据需要执行其他仓库基础工作（如货物装卸、整理等）
任职要求
- 至少1年仓储、物流或相关领域工作经验
- 能适应快节奏环境并愿意从事一线仓库操作
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Word、Excel 及库存管理系统
- 良好的中英文沟通能力（书面及口语）
- 细心、具备良好的组织能力及问题解决能力
- 能够独立工作并具备团队合作精神
