About The Team

Job Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations Quality Monitoring:
- Be responsible for the overall quality monitoring of warehouse operations, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across warehousing, sorting, packaging, and shipping processes.
- Identify and resolve quality issues promptly during daily monitoring, effectively controlling risks and abnormalities throughout warehouse operations.
- Warehouse Operations Quality Improvement
- Conduct timely reviews after identifying and resolving operational issues within warehouse operations.
- Analyze the background and root causes of problems, adjust warehouse operational processes based on actual conditions, optimize work standards, and establish and implement quality control monitoring systems to ensure fundamental and sustainable improvements.
- Warehouse Exception Management
- Respond quickly to operational exceptions encountered during daily warehouse monitoring and ensure closed-loop management of issues.
- Work closely with relevant departments to formulate and implement corrective actions, improving the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse issue resolution.
- Warehouse Operations Capability Enhancement
- Further improve the overall operational capabilities of the warehouse based on quality improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify weaknesses in operations, propose improvement recommendations, and enhance personnel training and equipment management through coordination of internal and external resources.
- Promote continuous operational improvement and establish a positive cycle of warehouse excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics; experience in integrated overseas warehousing and distribution supply chain operations is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility with independent data analysis capabilities and a strong problem-solving mindset focused on closed-loop management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally.
