We are one of the leading kpop shops in Australia with an offline store based in Sydney. As part of our business growth, we are looking to hire this key position in Seoul, South Korea.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Warehouse Specialist based in Seoul, South Korea. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving processes, packing and unpacking goods, assisting with unloading deliveries, and maintaining inventory control in Korea.
This role is hands-on and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy, and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Organise payments with local couriers requiring Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, or Bank Transfer payments for shipments.
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and collection.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space, proper product labelling, and organised storage locations.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery, quality/damage, or quantity issues.
- Inspect and accept incoming shipments Work with shipping companies to export shipments from Korea to Australia appropriately.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Follow company processes in updating shipment information onto company systems using Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Shopify.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required to support overall warehouse operations.
- Complete and maintain documentation related to packing and shipping activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet business packing requirements and schedules.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Identify process improvements to increase accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency in warehouse and logistics operations.
Role Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail in handling orders and inventory data.
- Physical ability to handle manual work, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e‑commerce fulfillment.
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects/tasks at any given time.
- Ability to meet deadlines for different tasks.
- Highly Regarded:
- Interest in K‑pop and familiarity with album versions, inclusions, merchandise and fan expectations about product packaging and condition.
