The Chief Operating Officer, Asia & EMEA will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our hotels and resorts within these regions. This executive leadership position will report directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in driving operational strategies that enhance guest experiences, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
The COO will lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives and brand standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, capable of navigating the complexities of diverse markets across Asia and EMEA.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, revenue management, marketing, and human resources. They will be responsible for ensuring that our properties deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
The COO will work closely with property general managers to foster a culture of excellence and ensure consistent brand delivery across all locations.
In addition, the COO will leverage data analytics to monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, finance, and development, to identify growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
