Currently, Roberta's is seeking enthusiastic Hosts to join the Montauk team as the restaurant prepares to ramp up for the busy season.

This role is critical in setting the tone for the entire dining experience, acting as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring an inviting, warm atmosphere right from the moment they step in. The Host position reports directly to the FOH (Front of House) Manager and is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to a vibrant hospitality culture.

The Host at Roberta's plays a significant role in guest relations, emphasizing strong guest recognition and creating memorable interactions that encourage repeat visits.
