About The Job

• Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, the Floor Supervisor reports directly to the Head Housekeeper.
• As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for :Maintain cleanliness standards Distribute and control keys Handle lost property
• Respond promptly to customer requests
• Be responsible for safety by ensuring that corridors and offices are tidy so that they do not obstruct emergency exits
• Be responsible for customer safety: report suspicious behavior or unusual objects, etc.
• Participate in the training of new subordinates and the ongoing training of others
• Ensure smooth shift transitions
• Organize the work of subordinates
• Welcome and serve customers according to the hospitality principles of a 5-star hotel, in line with the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group and Swiss Deluxe.

Handle customer complaints according to the LQE procedure and refer complaints and all customer comments to management.
