Role Description

El Gordito is expanding and we are looking for a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager at El Gordito, located in Madrid. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of El Gordito, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficient store performance.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating schedules, implementing strategies, and maintaining a positive guest experience. The successful candidate will lead by example, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Experience in Store Management, including inventory oversight and team leadership
• Strong Communication abilities to engage with customers and effectively manage staff and operations
• Knowledge of best practices to manage people and a store
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Prior experience in hospitality or food & beverage is a must
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
