FULFILLMENT AND ACCREDITATION MANAGER, MOTOGP
About the Role
As the Fulfillment and Accreditation Manager, your contribution to the organization will be to deliver a seamless, accurate, and elevated guest, staff, and partner experience through world-class ticketing, credentialing, and accreditation operations across the global MotoGP calendar.
This role will lead the planning, implementation, and execution of all fulfillment and accreditation processes for guests, partners, staff, vendors, media, and stakeholders across 20+ international events annually.
The position will serve as the operational lead for credential printing systems, accreditation technology, and distribution workflows while collaborating closely with event operations, guest services, commercial teams, circuits, and governing bodies.
Achieving This Will Require· Deep understanding of ticketing, credentialing, and accreditation operations within live events, sports, or entertainment environments.· Leading implementation and ongoing management of credential printing software and accreditation submission systems.· Strong attention to detail and operational discipline across large-scale fulfillment workflows and sensitive access management processes.· Managing multiple timelines, stakeholders, and approvals simultaneously across global events.· Thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-changing event environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.· Driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and accuracy across all accreditation and fulfillment functions.

Core Responsibilities
- Fulfillment and Accreditation Management
- Lead end-to-end accreditation and fulfillment operations for 20+ Moto
- GP events annually ranging from intimate VIP experiences to large-scale international race weekends.
- Manage all credentialing workflows for staff, guests, vendors, media, hospitality clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Own accreditation timelines, submission processes, approvals, audits, and final distribution schedules.
- Serve as the lead operational owner for accreditation and credential printing systems.o
- Implement and optimize new credential printing software and accreditation platforms.o
- Coordinate system testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and process documentation.o
- Develop scalable workflows, templates, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Work closely with circuits, promoters, governing bodies, and security teams to ensure compliance with venue and event accreditation requirements.
- Manage physical fulfillment processes, includingo
- Inventory tracking and quality control.o
- Shipping coordination and distribution tracking.o
- Ordering and managing all physical elements required for guest package fulfillment and working credentials.o
- Package assembly and credential preparation.o
- On-site credential pick-up and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams on credential design, accreditation signage, and print asset requirements.o
- Oversee credential production including:§ Badge printing and quality control.§ Printer hardware management and troubleshooting.§ Access level verification and data accuracy.§ On-site accreditation center setup and operations.§ On-site scanners and technology for credential validation.o
- Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, accreditation schedules, staff assignments, and operational documentation.o
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of accreditation requests, approvals, inventory, and distribution records.o
- Collaborate with guest communications and guest services teams to ensure stakeholders receive proactive and accurate accreditation information.o
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Hospitality, Marketing, Partnerships, Security, and Event Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.o
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, reporting, and overall stakeholder experience throughout the accreditation journey.
- On-Site Event Delivery
- Lead accreditation center setup, operations, and tear-down at all Moto
- GP events globally.
- Lead the on-site team responsible for credential printing, distribution, troubleshooting, and access issue resolution.
- Coordinate staff, vendor, and stakeholder accreditation check-in processes.
- Ensure all accreditation materials, hardware, printers, scanners, and supplies are operational and properly distributed.
- Provide high-touch, professional service to VIP guests, partners, media, teams, and staff.
- Troubleshoot operational issues in real time while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contracted deliverables meet operational expectations and timelines.
- Support broader event operations initiatives and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Systems, Process Improvement, and Administration
- Lead ongoing refinement of accreditation and fulfillment systems, workflows, and operational processes.
- Create and maintain standardized documentation, training materials, and reporting.
- Analyze operational data and feedback to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and service delivery.
- Partner with leadership on future technology recommendations and operational scalability planning.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and operational policies related to accreditation systems and guest information.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration
- Lead and support event staff, temporary labor, and vendors supporting accreditation and fulfillment operations.
- Provide hands-on coaching and operational guidance to team members on-site and remotely.
- Foster a collaborative “one team” operational mentality across departments and events.
- Support training initiatives for staff accreditation systems, credential printing tools, and fulfillment procedures.
- Contribute to post-event reporting, operational debriefs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in accreditation, credentialing, ticketing, fulfillment, or event operations.o
- Motorsport experience strongly preferred.o
- New event launch, venue onboarding, or temporary event infrastructure experience strongly preferred.o
- Experience working as an official service provider, rights-holder partner, agency, or supplier within a major sports environment strongly preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience managing full-time, part-time, and contract labor.
- Direct experience with accreditation systems, credential printing software, and access management workflows required.
- Experience implementing and managing credential printing and accreditation technology platforms required.
- Experience operating within high-volume, fast-paced live event environments.
- Strong understanding of ticketing operations, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders including venues, governing bodies, vendors, and internal departments.
- Proven track record of effective project and timeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Advanced computer proficiency including Excel, project management software, ticketing systems, and accreditation platforms.
- Spanish and English proficiency required.o
- Italian proficiency strongly preferred.
- Current and ongoing right to work in Spain required.

- Full-time, in-person role based in the Barcelona, Spain office.
- Requires flexibility to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and event days as needed.
- Requires international travel of up to 30%, with targeted travel expected to be approximately 18–25%.
