Job Description

The General Manager will take full ownership of the hotel's overall performance, overseeing operational excellence across all departments including rooms, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and finance. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, optimize cost efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will act as a key ambassador of the brand, ensuring service standards are consistently delivered while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the local community. Additionally, the role requires building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing team, nurturing talent, and strengthening organizational culture to support long-term business success.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience in hotel general management, preferably within upscale or large-scale properties. Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and operational expertise are essential, along with a proven track record in driving profitability and service excellence.

The candidate should demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a deep understanding of the Hong Kong hospitality market. Fluency in English is required, with Cantonese and Mandarin being advantageous.
