Key Responsibilities
- Hotel profitability: Take charge of the financial performance of both properties, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue and satisfaction goals.
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement medium-term commercial strategies across sales and marketing to maximize returns.
- Operational leadership: Oversee major initiatives including capital investments, service delivery, and property upgrades.
- Team development: Inspire and guide department heads to raise service benchmarks, boost efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Compliance oversight: Ensure adherence to brand standards, operating procedures, and all relevant legal and safety requirements.
- Brand stewardship: Safeguard and enhance the reputation of the hotels in the market.
- Business growth: Identify new opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships to expand market presence.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 15 years in the hotel industry, with proven success in managing large-scale operations within international chains.
- Business acumen: Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
- Leadership skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, influence, and build cohesive teams that deliver on ambitious targets.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
