Job Description
Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Food & Beverage will take ownership of the overall performance, development, and expansion of the F&B business in Hong Kong.
- Lead business development initiatives and support ongoing expansion projects
- Develop and execute sales, pricing, and sales & marketing strategies to maximize revenue
- Drive sustainable growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and innovation
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance existing revenue streams
- Oversee large, multi-disciplinary F&B teams and build a strong leadership pipeline
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, people development, and change management
- Utilize data and business insights to produce sales reports and support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure operational excellence while maintaining luxury service standards
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive senior management experience within the F&B or luxury hospitality industry
- Proven track record managing large teams and complex operations
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A strategic mindset with solid commercial and sales acumen
- Demonstrated experience in driving change and leading business transformation
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance reporting
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented leadership style
- Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory
- Strong Cantonese and English required; Mandarin is a distinct advantage
