ホテルの宴会・イベント部門を統括し、ヒルトンの基準に沿った高品質なサービスと効率的な運営を通じて、ゲストに印象的なイベント体験を提供していただきます。You will oversee the hotel’s banquet and events division, delivering memorable event experiences to guests by ensuring high-quality service and efficient operations in line with Hilton standards.

• Responsibilities 宴会場のセットアップ
• 他部署（キッチン・セールス等）との連携 Banquet setup (room arrangement) Food and beverage service Coordination and confirmation of banquet/event proceedings Management and ordering of necessary supplies and equipment Handling and management of guests’ belongings Coordination with other departments (Kitchen, Sales, etc.)
• Qualifications＜必須＞ 宴会の業務経験者優遇
• 長時間勤務や不規則なシフトに対応可能な方 Banquet experience preferred
• Guest-focused with a positive attitude
• English communication skills are a plus
• Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, including long or irregular hours
