• About École M École M is a network of 8 bilingual and innovative preschools in Paris, built around 5 pedagogical pillars: personalised teaching, active learning, socio-emotional development, family-school relationships and bilingualism.

Responsibilities

• Teach in English in a mixed-age classroom (ages 3–6) alongside a French-speaking colleague
• Develop the class work plan in line with the school project and national curriculum
• Define individualised academic and socio-emotional learning goals for each child
• Maintain regular communication with families, colleagues and students
• Contribute to the network's development and collaborate with researchers, designers and fellow educators

Requirements

• Significant preschool teaching experience, ideally across different countries or school systems
• Warm, passionate, rigorous, creative and organised
• Comfortable with digital and collaborative tools
• Native or near-native English speaker
