Teaching Assistant

Role and Responsibilities

Support teachers in educating students through teaching and non-teaching tasks across school activities.

Assist in planning learning activities tailored to students’ developmental needs and maintain related records.

Implement agreed-upon behavior and management strategies.

Prepare teaching resources and classroom displays.

Use thoughtful questions and prompts to encourage student engagement.

Conduct student observations and provide feedback to teachers in various formats as needed.

Support students’ extra-curricular activities.

Participate in relevant professional development.

Perform other job-related tasks across school areas as required.

Adhere to the school’s safeguarding policy and stay updated on any changes.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in a related field with experience in dual-language or bilingual settings preferred.

High level of professionalism and commitment to children’s well-being.

Ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented and multitasking mindset.

Job-related experience is preferred.

Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa.
