Sales Development Representative – Saudi Arabia Focus Future Talent Arabia | Dubai, United Arab EmiratesFuture Talent Arabia is a boutique executive search and talent solutions firm supporting ambitious organisations across the GCC.We are rapidly expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia, with a particular focus on mining, critical minerals, energy transition, giga-projects, and other Vision 2030 priority sectors.
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to run targeted outbound outreach and consistently book qualified discovery meetings with hiring decision-makers in the Kingdom.
What You’ll DoRun high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach (cold calling, email, and LinkedIn) to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and business decision-makers across Saudi Arabia.
Research and target companies in Vision 2030 priority sectors (mining & critical minerals, energy, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, finance & fintech, etc.).
Qualify needs, understand client talent challenges in the Saudi market (including Saudization and localisation requirements), and book discovery calls for the senior team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.Continuously improve outreach scripts, messaging, and objection handling, with a focus on Saudi business culture and decision-making styles.
Support the broader business development effort by feeding high-quality Saudi opportunities into the pipeline.
What We Need1–3+ years of outbound B2B sales, SDR, or cold-calling experience (professional services or recruitment experience is a strong plus).
Confident and professional on the phone, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
Excellent English writing skills and strong follow-up discipline.
Arabic fluency (spoken and written) is highly advantageous.
Genuine interest in or knowledge of the Saudi market, Vision 2030, and key industries (mining, energy, construction, etc.) is a major plus.
Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn and improve quickly.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Saudi Arabia as the role develops.
