We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to join a specialist cybersecurity organisation covering the GCC region.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong track record of developing net new business, particularly within cybersecurity or enterprise technology sales. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and closing new opportunities in a consultative, value-led sales environment.
You will play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across enterprise accounts in the region, engaging senior stakeholders and driving revenue growth through new logo acquisition and pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market customers in the GCC region
- Consistently identify, prospect, and convert new logos within the cybersecurity space
- Build and manage a strong pipeline focused on new business development opportunities
- Engage senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and position value-driven solutions
- Conduct consultative sales conversations around cyber risk, brand protection, and digital threat intelligence
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to closing new deals
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies including calls, email outreach, and social selling
- Partner with technical teams to develop tailored proposals for new customers
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline across all opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed new business revenue targets
- Develop strong relationships with enterprise prospects and key stakeholders across the region
Requirements
- Proven success in net new business development
- Strong experience in inside sales, business development, or enterprise sales roles
- Track record of selling cybersecurity, IT security, or enterprise technology solutions
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to open doors, generate pipeline, and close new business opportunities
- Strong consultative and value-based selling capability
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate in a fast-paced sales environment
