What You'll Actually Be Doing?
Your job is simple to describe and rewarding to execute. Find businesses that need what we do, start the conversation, and bring them to us.
You'll be responsible for
- Prospecting and outreach: Identifying businesses in your network or beyond that are ready to invest in their brand. This could be a startup about to launch, a company going through a rebrand, a business that looks embarrassingly dated, or an ambitious entrepreneur who knows they need to level up their presence.
- Starting conversations: Reaching out via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, phone, in-person events, referrals, cold outreach or whatever works for you. Your style, your methods.
- Qualifying leads: Understanding what a potential client needs, gauging their budget, and assessing whether they're a good fit for Beyond®. Bringing warm, qualified leads to our team. Once you hand off, we handle the pitching, proposals, and closing. You stay in the loop. The best salespeople don't just find one client and move on. They become trusted advisors in their network. They get referrals. They build something that compounds over time. You'll track your outreach, follow-ups, and conversions. No one will breathe down your neck, but you'll be expected to be organized and consistent. There's no script to follow. There's no rigid process. You'll work with the Beyond® team to understand the services, the ideal client profile, and the value proposition, then you go out and sell it.

What You'll Be Selling?
You'll be selling premium branding and design services to businesses across the Toronto region and beyond.
When you bring us a client, you earn a commission on the project value. The deals are meaningful, the commissions are meaningful, and the earning potential reflects that. Our current sales partners in the Toronto region are consistently bringing home between CAD 3,600 and CAD 9,000 per month, entirely on commission, entirely on their own schedule.
The ceiling? There isn't one. It's entirely determined by your output.
Who Should Apply?
This role is genuinely open to a wide range of people. You don't need a degree in marketing. You don't need five years of agency sales experience. What you do need is drive, a network or the ability to build one, and the confidence to represent a premium brand.

- If you're not comfortable with outbound sales or starting cold conversations, this role will be a struggle.
The Practical Details
- Compensation: 100% commission based. No retainer, no basic salary.
- Earning potential: CAD 3,600 – 9,000/month based on current partner performance. Your results will vary based on your effort and network.
- Location: Toronto-based. You must already have the right to live and work in the Toronto region. Visa sponsorship is not available and will not be provided under any circumstances.
- Hours: Entirely flexible. This is your business within our business. Work when and how you want.
- Support: You'll receive onboarding support, sales materials, and access to the Beyond® team for pitching and proposals. You won't be thrown in the deep end; we want you to succeed.
- Contract: Independent contractor/commission agreement.
