Sales Business Development Representative

We build professional websites, AI-powered automation systems, and smart digital tools that save business owners time, reduce manual work, and bring in more customers — all without them needing to be tech-savvy.

We're growing fast and we need a driven, people-first Sales & Outreach Rep to get our name in front of the businesses that need us most. If you love talking to people, thrive on results, and want real skin in the game this is your opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reaching out to local Toronto businesses that have no website, an outdated one, or are drowning in manual tasks we can automate
• Calling, emailing, and visiting businesses in person to introduce Linexa's full range of services — websites, AI chatbots, booking automation, follow-up systems, and more
• Clearly explaining how our tools save business owners real time and real money
• Pitching the right solution to the right business — not a one-size-fits-all script
• Following up consistently and moving leads through the sales pipeline
• Keeping outreach organized in our tracking system
• Reporting weekly on activity, pipeline, and closed deals

What We're Looking For

• Confident communicator — on the phone, over email, and face to face
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Resilient — you handle rejection and keep going
• Curious about AI, automation, and how technology is changing small business
• Sales or customer service background is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Bilingual is an asset (Toronto is diverse — use it)

Compensation & Growth

This role begins as a commission-based internship — you earn on every deal you close, starting from day one. Interns who hit their targets get moved onto a structured commission plan with higher rates, bonuses, and recurring income on retained clients.

This is not a "shadow and observe" internship. You will be in the field, closing deals, and getting paid for it.
