What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you will own the full sales cycle and serve as the face of Deluxe Photo in your market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new restaurant and hospitality partnership opportunities
• Prospect decision-makers through in-person visits, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct sales presentations and partnership discussions with owners, operators, and management teams
• Negotiate partnership agreements and secure signed contracts
• Build strong relationships that support successful account launches
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track business development activity
• Consistently achieve and exceed new account acquisition goals

What We're Looking For - Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, business development, or account acquisition experience
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, B2B sales, advertising, marketing, or service-based industries is a plus
• Proven ability to generate leads and close new business independently
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable spending time in the field meeting prospective clients
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for relationship-building

Compensation & Earning Potential - Uncapped Commission Structure

This is a performance-driven opportunity designed for professionals who want their earnings to reflect their effort and results.

Commission Per Account

Earn a one-time commission for every new restaurant partnership you successfully close, plus an additional contract signing bonus.

Earnings Per New Account

• Commission: $1,500 - $3,500
• Contract Signing Bonus: $500

Total Potential Earnings Per Account: $2,000 - $4,000+

There is no cap on earnings. The more restaurant partnerships you secure, the more you earn.
