This is Buildots’ first BDR hire in the Nordics, a key role in driving our success and supporting expansion across the broader region. At Buildots, we believe that the key to growth lies in building a high-performing sales team, and this position plays a central part in strengthening our commercial presence and accelerating our reach in the market.
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal BDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up our Enterprise Sales team for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.
